A truck driver while driving somewhere along the Yala - Betong trunk road was shot at by bandits armed with M16 rifle. He survived the shooting and the winscreen of the truck was shattered.Bullets piercing all parts of the truck but he is alive. The news spread throughout the Thailand. Within the same year, Archan Nong made a similiar batch  but behind with a chop during his 72 year birthday.
