Archan Nong Dhammabhuto(Abbot of Wat Saikow) was borned in Bahn Nah Padoo , Ampheo Khok Pho, Pattani. He was the eldest of the 3 childrens of Naai Riang and Nahng Torng Paeng. He studied at Wat Nah Padoo until Primary 4.

When he reached the age to ordain, he went to Wat Mutjalin or Wat Dtuyong, Ampheo Norng Jit Jangwat Pattani to ordain as a monk on 27th June BE 2482. Pra Kru Piboon Samanawat (Ah Jahn Choom) was his preceptor and Dhamma teacher. Archan Nong studied Dhamma at the temple until BE 2489.

In BE 2511, he became the abbot of Wat Saikow and promoted to Pra Kru Tamatgitgohson in BE 2514. Archan Nong respected Archan Tim very much, because Archan Tim was a monk who liked to search for knowledge and has a lot of wisdom in Dhamma and magic chant. Archan Nong followed Archan Tim's footsteps in learning Dhamma and magic chant. One of the most obvious achievement of Archan Nong was the creation of Dtakut Narai Plaeng Roop. Archan Nong has the ability to make the most effective Dtakut. Archan Nong was famous for this Dtakut and Luang Poo Thuat's amulets that made in BE2514. The “Dtakut Narai Plaeng Roop” is a single Dtakut is use by the owners to protect from the evil spirits and all accidents.

Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets are all very well proven. Many temples like to create Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets, but the problem lies in the amulets whether how effective are they, depends on the monk who chanted them. Phra Luang Poo Thuat's amulets which was created by Archan Nong, followed the same method used by Ah Jahn Tim. Before the actual day of chanting, 9 famous monks would be invited to bless the amulets throughout the night. The triple gems will be invited to enter the amulets. There is a saying that Phra Luang Phor Thuat of Wat Saikow is actually the twin of Phra Luang Phir Thuat of Wat ChangHai and they can be used to replace each other.

In BE2514, Archan Nong created the second batch of Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets at Wat Saikow on 3rd January BE2514. During the chanting, it was claimed that Luang Poo Thuat came and entered the body of Archan Mun, but Archan Mun was not aware. Phra Phisan Dharmarangsi who was seated beside Archan Mun was aware that somebody has entered Archan Mun's body. He asked, "Who are you?" Then a voice from Archan Mun replied that "I am Luang Poo Thuat " after which he told Phra Phisan Dharmarangsi to continue with the chanting.

Before the chanting came to an end, Phra Luang Poo Thuat instructed Phra Phisan Dharmarangsi to asked all monks to chant the Kathah Gamawahjah and Kathah Dab Tiang Chai (a chant to extinguish the candle), and he also specified that Luang Phor Samnueng to be the monk to extinguish the candle.

Phra Phisan Dharmarangsi asked Luang Poo Thuat in which way this batch of Phra Luang Poo Thuat are useful for. Phra Luang Poo Thuat answered that this batch of amulets are good in preventing accidents, Metta and Charm.

Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets chanted by Archan Nong are similar to all the Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets chanted by Archan Tim. This is because both Archan Nong and Archan Tim were very close friends. Archan Nong took part in most chanting of Phra Luang Poo Thuat held by Archan Tim. Thus, the effectiveness of Archan Nong's Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets is similar.

Especially the batch of BE2514 Phra Luang Poo Thuat amulets is very special because each amulet has a Narai Plaeng Roop Dtakut inserted which is very good for Metta, protection from danger. This Dtakut can help to prevent black magic and evil spirit. If someone wants to harm you, it was claimed that this Dtakut could change your form and avert the danger, that is why this Dtakut is called Narai Plaeng Roop (change form). When Archan Tim was alive, he carried this Dtakut in his bag, and had always mentioned that if one wants to be safe, can go and ask for a Dtakut Narai Plaeng Roop from him.
